Before ordering, it is important to read and take note of the following:

For Orders Under €150

We are also registered for IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) which simplifies VAT (Value Added Tax) collection. This means any applicable VAT, duties or additional fees that are required by your country are collected at checkout by us. All collected duties are paid to the relevant revenue office by us which means there are generally no additional fees or delays before your delivery takes place.

As each country has different VAT collection rules, our shop will automatically calculate the required percentage of fees based on your address. You will see this figure in the total breakdown at checkout.

Please note that the €150 threshold is only based on item total. Shipping and handling costs do not form part of the threshold.

For Orders Over €150

(particularly Special Editions)

As IOSS is only for low-value orders, any orders over €150 that attract or are eligible for VAT, duties or country specific fees are currently unable to be collected at checkout.

Unfortunately due to the complexity of EU regulations, most international couriers do not have a system in place to support DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) at this time. This means that your country customs officials will individually assess each delivery to determine the fees and will require you to pay them directly prior to delivery.

While we are working with our national courier to see if there is an option available to set up DDP in the future, at present any orders placed over €150 which require assessment and paid duties will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Your customs officials and courier service will contact you prior to delivery if any additional fees, duties or VAT are payable.

As such, there are no fees held by us at checkout regarding this.

Please note that we will not be able to be responsible for any unpaid duties on these orders, which may result in non-delivery and the item being returned to sender.
